Instacoins processes customer transactions pursuant to the directions received from its users and therefore does not make sure the identification of any user, recipient, or other party able of being party to transactions completed by Instacoins. You are solely responsible for the validity and verification of all transaction details prior to submission of any such instructions to Instacoins.
Once entered into a Digital Currency Network, a Bitcoin transaction remains unconfirmed, waiting for satisfactory confirmation of the transaction on behalf of the Digital Currency Network. Instacoins has no control over this portion of the process and assumes no liability or responsibility associated with the direct and or indirect outcomes and resulting losses caused by any delay on a Digital Currency Network.
When categorised as ‘pending’ a transaction continues to be incomplete. Any and all funds associated with the pending transaction will be categorised as such and will not be credited to your Instacoins account balance or be available for subsequent transactions. Any such pending or completed orders cannot be modified, reversed or terminated.
Instacoins may charge a Network fee for processing a Digital Currency transaction. Instacoins will determine the Network fees at its sole discretion. We will always inform users of the applicable Network fee in advance of the execution of any purchase.
Digital Currency Networks
Instacoins will make every effort to clearly show our supported Digital Currencies. Except in cases where we officially announce in a public statement, on our Site or via email, Instacoins does not allow or support sidechains, coloured coins, Alt-coins, Meta-coins, derivative coins or tokens which have interaction with Digital Currencies which Instacoins supports.
Instacoins exclusively retains absolutely no command, responsibility or liability pertaining to the legality, security, delivery and other such assurance as a end result of the involvement with any such unsupported Digital Currencies or process. Exchange Services and Fees

Each transaction is subject to a fee charged by Instacoins. The fee is included in the overall exchange rate shown in advance of execution of each purchase order. Instacoins will always do our best to process every transaction as quickly as we can. However, you hereby accept and acknowledge that there could possibly be delays in this Service and recognize that Instacoins reserves the right to terminate any purchase at our sole discretion.
Instacoins may attempt to fulfill cancelled transactions and may contact you to request your consent to initiate the same purchase at the present Exchange Rate.
Instacoins will not complete an exchange if the amount transacted is lower than the limits described in our FAQs.

Reversals and Cancellations
You are not authorized to cancel, modify or reverse any transaction. Instacoins reserves the right to reject any purchases or sales of Digital Currency if we suspect the transaction involves or could possibly be involved in criminal activity, is a breach of our prohibited activities rules or any known legal, governmental or regulatory laws or orders.
In the event that Instacoins cancels a transaction, we are not required to reprocess your exchange on exactly the same terms as the terminated purchase.
